Booking and Fees
- Payment for all courses must be paid in full for your place to be secured unless otherwise stated.
- CookeryandCrafts offers an online booking service, once the booking form has been completed and submitted, payment in full received and the booking validated by CookeryandCrafts you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions together with our website terms and conditions which are hereby incorporated.
- Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a pupil on a CookeryandCrafts Course.
- All course purchases are subject to the right to cancel by e-mail to us within fourteen calendar days from the date that you receive e-mail acknowledgement of the purchase.
Your Online Classroom Conduct
- If CookeryandCrafts considers that you or the person you have booked onto a course have behaved in an unacceptable manner, CookeryandCrafts will be entitled to require you to cease to attend any course. In this instance, no refund of fees will be made.
Liability
- Please be aware that cooking may on occasion involve the use of potentially dangerous kitchen utensils and equipment including but not limited to knives, graters, peelers, hobs, ovens, food processors.
- Parents / Guardians must supervise the pupils completing the online courses. CookeryandCrafts can not be held responsible for injury or damage that occurs during our online courses.
- CookeryandCrafts can not be held responsible for any medical issues, including allergic reactions, that arise as a result of the consumption of recipes cooked by participants using our recipes.
Privacy
CookeryandCrafts will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Complaints
- In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with the teacher using online chat.
- If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction then please contact us using email at [email protected].
- We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Refunds will only be issued if CookeryandCrafts is proven to be in breach of these Terms &Conditions.
Information
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site.
These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and CookeryandCrafts.
By booking an Activity with CookeryandCrafts you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions.
If any term within these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent Court then such term shall be struck out but the remaining terms within these Terms and Conditions shall continue in force to the full extent permitted by law.
